Instructions:

  • Foreign degree holders must provide equivalence certificate issued by the HEC, if selected.
  • All rules in true letter & spirit of HEC TTS Statutes are applicable for TTS Faculty.
  • Candidates already in service on TTS or serving in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomus Bodies (including ITU) shall submit NOC along with their applications. Applications without NOC shall be rejected.
  • It is mandatory for all applicants to fill out the online application through the ITU Job Portal http://jobs.itu.edu.pk and submit the printed copy of the online application with NOC, attested copies of degrees, detailed marks certificate, experience certificates, CNIC, domicile, recent passport size photograph, detailed CV, list of publications, funding/grant award letters and any other relevant documents to HR Department Information Technology University of the Punjab, 6th floor Arfa Software Technology Park, 346-B, Ferozpur Road, Lahore (with position and department name clearly mentioned on the envelope.)
  • Incomplete applications and applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
  • Only eligible candidates will be called in for screening test and only shortlisted candidates will be called in for interviews. No TA/DA shall be admissible for test/interview.
  • The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts as per the availability of posts at the time of hiring, not to fill/withdraw any post, withhold the appointment against any advertised post, consider any applicant for appointment in a lower grade or any other position, without assigning any reason.
